TAMS 3 Solar PV Grant
The TAMS 3 solar PV grant is available for up to 60% of the total eligible costs of the project, subject to a maximum grant of €90,000. The eligible costs include the cost of the solar PV system itself, as well as any associated costs such as installation, cabling, and inverters”
Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for the TAMS 3 solar PV grant, it is important to check that you meet the eligibility criteria. To be eligible, you must be a farmer or rural business owner who is registered with the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine. You must also have a Tax Reference Number (TRN) and a Personal Public Service Number (PPSN). The grant is available for new or existing buildings

Planning Permission Exemptions
Exemtions for commercial and light industrial solar pv panel installations. The exemption is up to 50 m2 of panels. That will create the equivalent of up 4000eur of electricity per year.
